Return & Exchange policy is not applicable on Customized Order.

For others, you can claim for the return or exchange within 14 days of your purchase if it meets the following conditions:

• The product is unworn/unwashed 
• The product to be returned/exchanged  must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and has protective stickers attached.
• Without purchase receipt, exchange or return will NOT be possible.
• 1947 Management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE EXCHANGE?

• To exchange an item, kindly fill the following form (https://bit.ly/3oKSjQp) with the exchange reason and order details. 
• Once our customer support team approves the exchange, you will be requested to send the parcel to Plot D 11th St S, Site Industrial Area Sindh Industrial Trading Estate, Karachi, Karachi City, Sindh 75700.
• Exchange processing time is 7 to 10 working days. 

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE REFUND?

• Refund will not be possible on the customized orders.
• Refund is only possible in case we are not able to offer an exchange or any solution.
• To refund an item, kindly fill the following form (https://bit.ly/3oKSjQp) with the refund reason and order details. 
• Once our customer support team approves the refund you will be requested to send the parcel to Plot D 11th St S, Site Industrial Area Sindh Industrial Trading Estate, Karachi, Karachi City, Sindh 75700
• Refund processing time is 5 to 7 working days.
• In the case of REFUND, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
